Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you want to cancel a recent order, you can contact us through our email info@quamtrax.com. If it has been managed in warehouse, it will not be possible to make changes.
Minimum order and shipping costs
We have no minimum order, you can request the product you want whenever you need it. To benefit from free shipping costs, check that the amount of your order is equal to or greater than €29.90. Before making payment, we will show you the available shipping options and the associated cost.
Payment Methods
We offer you different payment methods, so you can find the one that best suits you. We make sure your information is safe, with our encrypted payment technology.
You can pay:
– With debit or credit card.
– With PayPal.
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, the amounts will be charged immediately upon placing the order. You can receive an automatic email informing you of the order status if payment for the order is not completed correctly.
We advise you to check your Spam folder. In the case of PayPal, the payment will be authorized for collection and will be shown as pending until the products are shipped.
If you choose the bank transfer option, indicate the order number in the payment concept so that we can track it. The bank transfer may take between 2 and 3 business days. If proof of payment is not received from the bank within 7 calendar days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Are you waiting to receive the merchandise? In the cash on delivery payment method, you can pay directly in cash when you receive your order package. Check the status of your bank account to verify that the payment has been made correctly.
Coupons and promotions
Enter your coupon code at the time of purchase, you will find the space for this in your cart summary, right at the end of the products you want to order. Please note that certain coupons are single-use, or correspond to a specific promotion and have a limited duration.
Do they make international shipments?
For now we only do it in mainland Spain and Portugal.
Address error
We recommend that you check the delivery address before placing your order. Have you made a mistake when providing the data? Contact us as soon as possible to see if the order has not yet been processed. If the modification cannot be made immediately, your order will be assigned the status of “preparation in progress”. It will arrive at your new address, with an added cost of €3.50 and the delivery period may be longer.
Won't you be home at the time of delivery?
The transport company will contact you to find a solution that suits your needs. You also have the option that, by simply signing the delivery note, another person will pick up the order for you.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
We regret what happened. We constantly review our procedures to meet the highest quality standards. Please provide our team with the following information so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible:
- 1. Order number and product name
- 2. Description of the defect
- 3. Lot number
- 4. Images and/or product (if required)
Order return
You have a period of 14 calendar days to make a refund claim. To do this, you must tell us the reason for your return, and follow the steps we indicate for return shipping.
- The products must be unused and in the same conditions in which they were delivered, you must keep the original packaging.
- Food products will not be returned if they were opened.
- A copy of the invoice must be included in the shipping box, with the products being returned marked.
- We may ask you for photographs in the process, depending on the reason for disagreement, in order to manage the request.
- The refund will be made as soon as possible, and may take up to 10 business days. If it is a partial return, the refund will correspond to the amount paid for the unwanted product.
- It is important to consider that the image of the product may be different from its final presentation, due to packaging updates, without affecting the content and characteristics of the product. If it does, the new formulation would be indicated on the product sheet in question.
- In the case of defective products, our team will carefully examine the product and a return or replacement will be considered.
